Inkjetting

Also called direct imprinting, the address is inkjetted directly onto substrates such as envelopes, newsletters, postcards,
catalogs, and booklets.  We are able to print on coated stock, enamel surfaces, and Mylar for example.  We have a maximum
print area of 4 inches on substrates up to 17 inches.

Inserting

Office Aide can insert multiple pieces into envelopes of all sizes – from 6 ¾” up to a 10x13” booklet or catalog envelopes.
We can match the name on the letter or insert to the name on the outside envelope for enhanced personalization of your
direct mail piece.

Tabbing

Postal regulations require from one to three wafer seals be affixed to folded pieces and/or booklets.  We have three “tabbers”
that work in conjunction with our three inkjetters so we can affix wafer seals at the same time as we imprint addresses
onto mail pieces.

Creative and printing

We can design your next mail piece.  We have an in-house designer and also work with several outside designers so we
can match your design and print needs with the designer that is the best fit for your project.  We provide digital and offset
printing services for letters, postcards, newsletters and other direct mail pieces.
