NCOA Move Update Compliance, CASS certify, remove duplicate records, standardize addresses – ie: append St. Ct, Cir, Ave, Rd, etc. Also add zip+4, barcodes, carrier routes, repair “bad” addresses, merge/purge, add sequential numbers to records, maintaining databases and almost anything that could be done to a list to ensure the best deliverability for the lowest postage discounts available.
We can import databases from a variety of formats such as Excel, dbase, Microsoft word, label formats, text files, non-profit software
such as Raiser’s Edge and others.
